The movie did a clean sweep of the big five, winning Best Film (Drama), Best Actor: Jack Nicholson, Best Actress: Louise Fletcher, Best Director: Miloš Forman and Best Screenplay: Bo Goldman and Lawrence Hauben. Brad Dourif also won for New Star of the Year.
