The thirteenth Bond film 'Octopussy' had its premiere at the Odeon Leicester Square in London on this day in 1983 with Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales in attendance.

Roger Moore returned as 007 for the sixth time, starring alongside Maud Adams as Octopussy and Louis Jourdan as villain Prince Kamal Khan.
